What you can do
- Generate a layout from any site shape, to UK highway and parking standards, and re-roll for alternatives.
- Edit everything by hand — drag houses, bend roads with spline handles, draw footpaths and driveways, drop in trees and street furniture.
- Design with the facts — overlay UK planning constraints (flood zones, green belt, conservation areas and more) straight onto your site.
- Present it — flip between 2D plan, a black-and-white planning sketch and a 3D model, and generate AI photo renders for client decks.
