About us

Airship Labs builds software that makes early-stage development design fast, visual and accessible.

Our flagship product, Airship Site Designer, turns a site boundary into an optimised housing-estate or car-park layout in minutes — roads, plots, parking and landscaping — then brings it to life in full 3D and photorealistic AI renders. It's built for developers, architects and land teams who need to test more options, faster, without a CAD licence.

What Airship Site Designer does

Start by finding your site on the map — search a postcode or trace over a survey — and the designer calibrates the drawing to real-world scale automatically. One click generates a complete estate layout: curved adoptable roads with proper junctions and turning heads, house plots with gardens and driveways, parking to your target ratio and green space where you want it. Every part of the result stays editable — drag houses, bend roads with spline handles, draw footpaths, drop in landscaping, trees and street furniture from the content library, then review the whole scheme in 3D.

Site intelligence is built in for the UK market: as soon as you pick a location the designer reports the local planning picture — flood zones, green belt, conservation areas, listed buildings, population density and more, drawn from planning.data.gov.uk, the Environment Agency and ONS Census data — and paid plans can draw those GIS layers directly over the site map while designing.

When the scheme is ready, export a layered DXF for CAD, a multi-page PDF planning pack with the sketch plan, 3D views and site intelligence, or generate photorealistic AI renders of the finished estate for covers and client decks. Studio teams get shared workspaces, version history and client share links; Enterprise adds SSO and white-label branding.
